At ALMAGEMS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original jewelry box and protective packaging, ensuring that all tags and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
